Welcome to this weeks post with Heartfelt Creations.

I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I have been loving this new collection, Arianna Blooms.

All the different dies and the beautiful flowers are just so much fun to work with.

I made a Book card and a gift box for it.

Project Instructions:

Other Products: White - dark red cardstock (CS), Copic Markers, Distress inks shaded Lilac - Spun Sugar - Squeezed Lemonade - Stormy Sky, Memento Tuxedo Black - Desert Sand inks, ribbon, two eyelets, clear rhinestones.

Instructions: Take a piece of the Arianna Blooms paper collection and turn it face down. Take the largest die from the Grand labels four and lay it on the paper, then trace the outside of the die. Fussy cut it out. Turn it back over, and this is the cover of the book card. Take another piece of the paper collection and the largest die and cut/emboss it. Cut/emboss three more die cuts with white CS, each one smaller than the next. Take a score board and score each one using the center peaks as a guide. Score 1/8" on each side. This is your book spine. Take the smallest layer and stamp the images with black ink. Color them with markers. Take Desert sand ink and sponge the edges of each layer. Using the photo as your guide glue each layer together. Take two tags and add an eyelet and ribbon to them. Run the ribbon down the center of the book and glue the two tags to the bottom. Stamp the flowers in black ink on white CS. Eight of the smallest, one medium and one large. Sponge them with the Distress inks, and sponge the tips with black ink. Cut eight of the smallest stamens, one medium, and one large in red CS. To make the flowers watch this video. Cut/emboss one lace accent in red CS, and glue it to the back of the large flower. Add the rhinestones to the centers, and add them to the book. Cut four of the leaf flourishes and trim them into smaller pieces and place them around the flowers.

Other Products: Mint green - dark red Cardstock (CS), Distress inks shaded Lilac - Spun Sugar - Squeezed Lemonade - Stormy Sky, Memento Tuxedo Black - Desert Sand - Lilac Posies inks, ribbon, clear rhinestones, tissue paper.Instructions: Take a 12" x 12" piece of green CS and trim it to 10" x 12". Using a scoreboard score in 1" on each side. Take scissors and cut up to the one inch line on each side. Add glue to the tabs. Fold them up, and stick them to the opposite side, to make the bottom of the gift box. Take another piece of 12" x 12" green CS and trim it to 9 1/8" x 11 1/8". Score in 1/2" on each side. Take scissors and cut up to the 1/2" line on each side. Add glue to the tabs then fold them up, and stick them to the opposite side, to make the top for the book card. This will make a 8" x 10" card box. It is 1/8" bigger so it will fit properly over the bottom. Add dark red ribbon around the sides of the top of the box. Choose the 7" by 7" card panel and sentiment from the paper collection. Sponge the edges with Desert Sand ink. Cut/emboss four Lace accents in red CS. Add two the Lace Accents and card panel to the top of the box. Stamp the flowers on white CS with black ink. You will need two of the largest, four of the next size, and three of the next to smallest size. Sponge them with Distress inks. You will need four of the large stamen, four of the medium, and two of the small in red CS. To make the flowers watch this video. Take the other two Lace Accents and glue it to the back of the two large flowers. Add the rhinestones to the centers, and add them to the top. Cut three of the leaf flourishes and trim them with scissors, into smaller pieces. Place them around the flowers. Take two pieces of tissue paper and trim it to about 11" x 13". Take the two flowers from the Arianna Birthday Pre Cut Set and stamp them in lilac ink all over the tissue paper. Add it to the bottom of the box.
